The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) provides California residents with rights regarding how your data or personal information is treated. Under the CCPA, California residents can request that a business does not “sell” their personal information to third parties. This is referred to as the right to opt-out.
Under the CCPA, a business can collect and use the information to perform a business purpose, so if you are still an active customer we may not be able to delete all of your personal information.
